Our client, one of the leading and reputable organization in Singapore is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Admin Assistant (Locum).
Location: West Region, Singapore
Salary: Up to $16/hr
Employment Type: Locum / Part-Time
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain asset inventories, conduct stock takes and ensure accurate records.
Coordinate asset tagging, movement, utilisation and disposal.
Liaise with vendors and contractors regarding servicing, repairs and replacements.
Support procurement, documentation and asset renewal planning.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth administrative and operational processes.
Maintain a safe and conducive environment.
