We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Finance modules and implementation experience across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and AX 2012.

The role involves understanding business requirements, conducting client workshops, designing finance solutions, configuring the system, and supporting a multi-country implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge, solution design capabilities, and experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
• Conduct customer workshops, product demonstrations, and solution-fitment discussions.
• Prepare fit-gap analysis documents for Finance-related requirements.
• Create configuration design documents and functional design documents for requirements and user stories.
• Configure D365 Finance modules, including localisation and taxation requirements.
• Design and deliver finance solutions aligned with business and operational needs.
• Participate in show-and-tell sessions and present proposed solutions to stakeholders.
• Work on finance solution design, data model design, and functional architecture.
• Prepare data mapping documents for data migration and support integration design.
• Coordinate with technical teams for interfaces and third-party system integrations.
• Participate in Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to key users.
• Support cutover planning and implementation activities.
• Work across multiple geographies and support country-specific finance requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of project activities while maintaining quality and documentation standards.
  
  

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) / F&SCM Finance modules.
• Excellent functional knowledge of:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets
• Cash and Bank Management
• Cost Accounting and Costing
• Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and fit-gap assessments.
• Strong understanding of finance solution configuration, functional design, and solution architecture.
• Experience with localisation, taxation, and multi-country finance requirements.
• Knowledge of data migration, data mapping, interfaces, and third-party integrations.
• Experience in at least two Finance implementations across Dynamics 365 F&O and AX 2012, including at least one D365 F&O implementation.
• Experience working in Agile project delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within project timelines.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant certification.
• Experience in global or multi-country ERP rollouts.
