Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities:

·1. Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the customer base, while working closely with existing clients to encourage repeat business and bigger orders

2. Create and execute creative promotional strategies to effectively pitch products, attract new buyers, and boost customer interest and drive sales

3. Conduct regular customer visits to understand their requirements, respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on orders, address complaints, and ensure timely delivery of products

4. Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time

5. Gather customer feedback and monitor market conditions, industry developments and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

6. Proactively track customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections, directly driving your eligibility for sales incentives.

7. Achieved assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall sales growth and business objectives of the Company

Work Location : Jalan Meru, Klang
