As a Clinic Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and seamless experience from the moment they arrive. Your contribution will directly impact client satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our clinic operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greeting clients upon arrival and maintaining a welcoming manner
- Handling client inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and empathy
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records for client transactions
- Providing information to clients about available treatments, services and practitioners
About you
- Previous experience working in a clinic, healthcare facility or customer service environment an advantage but not required
- Proficiency in using clinic management software and general computer applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with care
- Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and financial transactions
- A responsible and reliable individual

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
