MyDGtech is on the lookout for a driven, dynamic, and results-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to join our growing creative agency. If you have a natural knack for B2B pitching, a strategic mindset, and a genuine passion for the creative industry—spanning commercial video production, graphic design, and corporate branding—we want you to be the driving force of our business!

What You'll Do:

• Proactively identify, approach, and successfully pitch to new B2B corporate prospects to expand our growing client portfolio.

• Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and our existing valued clients.

• Craft compelling commercial quotations, business proposals, and engaging visual pitch decks tailored to specific client needs.

• Act as the primary strategic bridge between our corporate clients and our internal creative production team to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Plan, manage, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies designed to elevate and promote the agency's brand presence.

• Develop highly effective inbound marketing campaigns utilizing our rich portfolio of creative case studies to attract premium corporate clients.

• Continuously monitor local industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to help us stay highly competitive and innovative.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in B2B sales or marketing, ideally within the creative, media, or advertising space.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
