• Manage the overall operations of the centre, including student recruitment, marketing, publicity, and curriculum planning.
• Plan and coordinate special community events, excursions, parent engagement initiatives, and year-end or graduation concerts.
• Develop and implement innovative projects in collaboration with community partners such as Residents’ Committees and primary schools.
• Participate in performance appraisals and ongoing professional development to support personal and career growth.
• Provide and receive constructive guidance on matters impacting overall school performance.
• Design, implement, coordinate, and evaluate curriculum programmes and lesson plans in alignment with preschool’s vision, mission, and core values.
• Enhance curriculum quality through regular evaluations, continuous research, and by organizing professional development sessions for teachers.
• Review and mentor teachers in lesson evaluations, reflections, and the development of children’s portfolios.
• Conduct lesson observations, assessments, and analyses to identify teachers’ developmental needs and recommend appropriate training strategies.

Requirements

• Diploma in Pre-school Education - Leadership (DPE-L).
