Position: Telemarketing Sales Executive – UNIFI SALARY & BENEFITS Basic Salary: RM2,200 – RM3,200 Attractive Sales Commission Performance Bonus EPF (KWSP) SOCSO (PERKESO) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Make outbound calls to promote UNIFI Fibre Broadband packages. - Contact potential customers and introduce suitable internet plans. - Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp. - Explain package details, pricing, and ongoing promotions. - Assist customers with UNIFI registration and order processing. - Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. - Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Good communication and persuasion skills. - Comfortable making outbound sales calls. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Able to work independently and achieve sales targets. - Experience in telemarketing or sales is an advantage. - Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
