Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate daily harvesting activities to ensure all ripe Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) are harvested according to company standards and harvesting rounds.
- Monitor harvester attendance, productivity, and work performance to achieve designated productivity targets.
- Ensure all harvestable palms are covered and harvested within the prescribed harvesting cycle.
- Monitor daily crop production and verify harvested FFB quantities against field estimates.
- Supervise collection and evacuation of harvested FFB and loose fruits to collection points within the stipulated timeframe.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly harvesting reports, including production statistics, productivity records, and field observations.
- Monitor compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), harvesting specifications, and quality requirements.
- Participate in internal and external audits, including MSPO, and company sustainability compliance assessments related to harvesting operations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of oil palm harvesting standards and plantation operations.
- Ability to monitor productivity and achieve operational targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is an advantage
- Physically fit and willing to work in field conditions.
Location: Ladang Arus Sawit, KM50, Jalan Sapi Nangoh, Beluran, Sabah.
