Our client is a global financial technology firm founded six years ago, with approximately 200 employees and offices in Paris, London, Dubai, New York, and Singapore. While headquartered in Paris, the business is focused on expanding its presence in Singapore.

Its core offerings include Market Making as a Service (MMaaS), OTC trading, and exchange connectivity, providing institutional clients with access to global digital asset markets. The firm is also exploring opportunities to expand into proprietary trading.

The Role

They are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to maintain and optimise critical infrastructure powering a global, low-latency trading platform. You will collaborate with engineering, trading, and data teams to improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise bare-metal, cloud, and network infrastructure.
• Maintain Kubernetes environments and develop infrastructure automation.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines using FluxCD, GitHub Actions, and Python.
• Implement monitoring and observability using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and improve system reliability.
• Optimise infrastructure performance, security, and scalability.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Kubernetes, bare-metal infrastructure, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and network administration.
• 3+ years of proffesional SRE experience
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Programming skills in Go, Rust, or Python.
• Knowledge of ultra-low-latency systems and infrastructure automation.
• Experience in trading or financial technology is highly desirable.
