Key Responsibilities

Guide our Brew Crew on providing exceptional customer service on our customer coffee, tea and food experience.

Be a World Class Barista (& Tearista!) serving our amazing customers with the finest specialty coffee & tea.

Manage your café (sometimes called outlet!) responsibly and profitably!

Responsible for a full range of products from our famous beverages to delicious food and beautiful merchandise.

Oversee all financial matters honestly, efficiently, and accurately.

Care and manage the safety & health of our Brew Crew and customers.

Lead and take pride in the appearance of your café, maintaining a clean and organized environment, in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Your Ingredients

· A minimum of 3 years Café Management experience (or similar Food & Beverage outlet management). Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.

· Background as a Barista is preferred, however not required, as training will be provided in our Barista Academy.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

· Excellent coaching, communication and interpersonal skills.

· Previous Microsoft office (MS) experience preferred.

· Strong customer service orientation· Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
