Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Around 5 years of accounting experience
• Experience in construction / building / maintenance industry is a plus
• Familiar with SQL Accounting System & Microsoft Excel
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Handle a full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, manage and oversee the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and proper accounting treatment for various transactions.
• Have experience in preparing & submitting Enterprise tax return, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
• Have experience in preparation form EA, submitting form E, CP8D.
• Exhibit a keen understanding of deadlines and prioritize tasks accordingly to meet reporting obligations.
• Stay informed about changes in accounting & tax laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial queries and provide insights.
• Liaise with the company secretary for timely updates on company matters.
