About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated, certified, and experienced A4 Chargeman to join our team in Nilai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical installations up to Voltan Tinggi (High Voltage), ensuring full compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission) regulations and company safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, operate, and maintain high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) electrical installations, switchboards, and equipment up to an A4 competency level.
• Perform routine checks, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on electrical systems to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults, diagnose issues, and execute effective solutions promptly.
• Ensure all electrical works and operations strictly comply with the Electricity Supply Act, regulations, and local safety standards (Suruhanjaya Tenaga / DOSH guidelines).
• Maintain accurate logs, records of power consumption, maintenance schedules, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and internal departments for facility upgrades or major electrical repairs.
• Respond to emergency power failures or electrical hazards on-site.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Competency Certificate: Must hold a valid Competent Chargeman A4 Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission of Malaysia).
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working with high voltage electrical systems in a manufacturing, industrial, or commercial facility.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of local electrical safety regulations, single-line diagrams, switchgear, transformers, and protection relays.
• Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong safety mindset, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
