We are looking for talented, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Marketing Assistant.

JOB SCOPE

Online store operations (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop & Official Website)

  • List new products and maintain existing listings: titles, descriptions, keywords, images, variants.
  • Change promotion banners and storefront/homepage visuals for each campaign.
  • Update promotion prices, vouchers, bundle deals and free-shipping thresholds as approved.
  • Monitor product stock on every platform; update stock and flag low or out-of-stock items to OP/warehouse.
  • Register and set up platform campaigns: 11.11 / 12.12, Payday, CNY

Customer enquiries and follow up (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)

  • Reply to customer chats on the three e-commerce platforms
  • Follow up on order issues, returns and refunds with customers and the warehouse.
  • Reply to product reviews

Campaign price lists & simple reports

  • Prepare promotion price lists for online campaigns and share them with Warehouse, Admin and CS.
  • Prepare other simple reports and lists as needed to keep internal teams updated.
  • Ensure prices on all platforms and the official website match the approved list.

General marketing support

  • Support the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, events or roadshows.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials and coordinating with related parties.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • Computer literate
  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Responsible, disciplined and willing to learn.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may also be considered.

Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Sri Gading
