Education:

• Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial, Management or equivalent.

Experience:

1-2 years experience, preferably in retail support field (Measures results & drive improvement).

Main purpose:

Monitor retail performance, identify problems, report them, and follow up on improvements.

1. Manage Performance Reports

• Keep track of outlet performance by updating sales and productivity dashboards, track outlet performance, and compare actual results against targets.

2. Track KFA/KRA & OPP Results

• Check whether staffs and outlets are meeting their targets by collecting performance results, update the tracker, and identifying achieving or non-achieving staffs.

3. Prepare Performance Reports

• Inform management the actual operation situation by prepare weekly/monthly reports, highlight good and poor performers and show important performance trends.

4. Follow Up on Problems

• Ensure setbacks monitored by record performance issues, track the root cause, follow up on deadlines, update the status to the department.

5. Monitor BA / Promoter Performance

• Check whether promoters and programmes are delivering results, bytracking sales and targets, compare outlet performance, identify weak performers, and report programme results.

6. Find Performance Gaps

• Find out where performance is weak by identifying the outlets with low sales, low productivity, low conversion, staff shortage, and stock problems

7. Track Improvement Projects

• Track whether improvement activities are working, by using PDCA / Kaizen to track improvements.

8. Follow Up Until Completed

• Make sure improvement actions fullfilled, and constantly reporting in the problems that occurs.
