Jobscope for HR
- Update and maintain staff personal records in hard copies and digital files;
- Prepare and keep record employment agreement;
- Recruitment, orientation of new staffs,
- Arrange training courses for workers
- Conduct probationary and annual performance evaluation exercises;
- Responsible for payroll;
- Coordination with company employees with their personal welfare and payroll issues;
- Apply, renewal and cancel WP/SP;
- Handling of work injury matters
- Issue of uniform and PPE to staffs and workers
- Issue of Festival gifts and allowance to staffs and workers
- Travel arrangements of staffs
- Dormitory arrangement and upkeep of proper records
- Preparation of petty cash claims.
