About the Role

Are you energetic, organized, and love interacting with people? We are looking for a reliable Part-Time Event Coordinator to join our growing team. You will help execute corporate wellness events, health screening roadshows, and employee bazaars for top corporate clients across Singapore.

No prior event experience? No problem! If you are eager to learn, hands-on, and detail-oriented, we will provide full training to set you up for success.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Operations: Assist with event setup, manage booth logistics, guide crowd flow, and ensure smooth execution on event day.

• Vendor & Client Support: Greet corporate partners and vendors, helping them settle in and assisting with any on-site needs.

• Participant Engagement: Help employees navigate registration, digital passport apps, and station schedules with a friendly and welcoming attitude.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the lead organizer to troubleshoot minor on-the-ground challenges and keep the energy high.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Open to enthusiastic beginners! No prior event experience needed as complete training is provided.

• Attitude: Proactive, positive, and comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment.

• Communication: Friendly and professional interpersonal skills when dealing with corporate professionals.

• Commitment: Based in Singapore with flexibility to commit to weekday corporate event shifts.
