Handle daily airfreight cargo bookings and customer requests.

Liaise with airlines to secure cargo capacity and confirm flight reservations.

Advise customers on airline products, booking requirements, and shipment arrangements.

Maintain accurate booking records and update shipment information in the system.

Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, customs, and customers to ensure smooth shipment handling.

Track shipments and communicate status updates to customers.

Respond to customer enquiries and resolve shipment-related issues.

Coordinate with the Billing Team on shipment data and invoicing.

Carry out other duties as assigned.
