JUNIOR SALES EXECUTIVE (WhatsApp & Phone Sales)

Basic Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,000 per month
Earning Potential: Up to RM3,000/month including sales commission and performance bonuses.

About the Position

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing sales team in Sungai Petani.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates and individuals who want to build a career in sales, even without prior experience.

You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls, following up with interested customers, explaining products and assisting with applications.

Customer leads and full training will be provided. You will also participate in online marketing activities to generate additional sales opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Contact and follow up with interested customers.
• Explain product features, promotions and subscription packages.
• Assist customers throughout the application process.
• Update customer information and sales progress in our CRM system.
• Carry out online marketing activities, including Facebook Marketplace and WhatsApp Status.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Positive attitude, disciplined and responsible.
• Willing to learn sales techniques and customer handling.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
• Able to work in a team and meet performance targets.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without sales experience are welcome.
• Able to start work soon.
