This client is currently seeking a strategic Sales Manager to regional commercial growth by developing and executing strategic sales and account plans across assigned territories.

About The Job

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies, territory plans, and key account roadmaps to consistently achieve target revenue, gross margin, and market penetration goals.
• Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across key market segments, with a dedicated focus on hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centre projects.
• Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with critical ecosystem stakeholders, including data centre operators, MEP consultants, EPC contractors, OEM partners, and end users.
• Position the company as a trusted solutions partner through technical seminars, executive presentations, and strategic customer engagement initiatives.
• Lead the preparation, review, and submission of comprehensive commercial proposals, budgetary estimates, RFPs, and tender bids.
  
  

skills and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 5 years of proven sales or business development experience within the M&E sector
• Self-directed and highly driven while effectively collaborating with cross-functional technical, operational, and commercial teams.
