Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical discipline

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in precision assembly, preferably in semiconductor equipment or high-tech manufacturing

Willing to work rotating shifts (1-shift, 2-shift or 3-shift systems), including overnight shifts, depending on production requirements

Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and robotic components used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment

Interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, Bills of Materials (BOM) and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly

Perform component installation, wiring, precision alignment and calibration using hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments

Conduct quality inspections, identify assembly defects and escalate technical issues to supervisors or engineers for corrective action

Record assembly progress, update production data and maintain accurate documentation using ORACLE or shopfloor systems

Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) requirements and workplace safety standards

Support daily production activities, maintain 5S housekeeping standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
