Are you someone who enjoys opening doors, building new relationships, and turning persistence into results?

At ManpowerGroup Singapore, we're looking for a Sales Executive to help grow our workforce solutions business. This is a true new-business sales role. You won't be doing recruitment yourself. Instead, your focus will be on creating opportunities, engaging key decision-makers, and bringing new clients into the business.

Some conversations will lead to opportunities quickly. Others will take time, multiple touchpoints, and consistent follow-up. If you enjoy the challenge of building something from the ground up and creating opportunities where none existed before, this could be the role for you.

You'll be:

• Hunting for and securing new clients across Singapore
• Spotting opportunities with companies entering or expanding in Singapore
• Building relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders
• Working closely with our recruitment consultants to ensure successful delivery

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience selling recruitment, HR, technology, or professional services solutions
• An existing network within Singapore's HR, Talent Acquisition, and business community
• Confidence engaging HR and business stakeholders on professional and technology hiring needs
• A proven ability to hunt for and win new business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Resilience and persistence in a new-business sales environment
