Do you have a passion for Japanese cuisine and the skills to handle fresh seafood? We are looking for a dedicated team member to join our Sashimi Section!
YOUR ROLE
Prepare and slice fresh sashimi and seafood with proper knife techniques.
Ensure quality, freshness and presentation of sashimi dishes.
Handle daily preparation and mise en place.
Maintain proper food hygiene, safety and storage standards.
Ensure smooth and efficient sashimi section operations.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience in sashimi preparation or Japanese kitchen operations preferred.
Good knife skills and knowledge of seafood handling.
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Responsible, meticulous and passionate about food quality.
Candidates with relevant kitchen experience are welcome.
