Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Officer role based in Kuantan. The Business Development Officer will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, corporates, SMEs, and other potential clients, and promote CTOS products and services to meet sales and growth targets. The role involves researching market trends, analyzing customer needs, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The individual will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, provide ongoing customer support, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. The person in this role will also monitor performance metrics, report on business development activities, and contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen CTOS’s presence in the Kuantan market.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong New Business Development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and a foundational understanding of Finance to interpret data, assess risk, and support business cases.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to present solutions clearly and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess robust Customer Service skills to manage client relationships, address inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in financial services, credit reporting, data analytics, or related industries is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in basic office productivity tools and CRM systems is beneficial.
