We’ re looking for an astounding Business Development Manager with 5-10 years of experience to work with our passionate and ever-expanding team.

- Develop long-term business development strategy as well as quarterly tactical plans on how to reach sales targets and see it through.
- Research, identify and qualify new leads, create meaningful connections, and drive conversations with potential clients.
- Drive, negotiate and close deals.
- Build a skilled sales team. Inspire them, guide them, challenge them to shine.
- Take complete responsibility for their productivity and overall contentment
- Client development and acquiring new business by cold calling, mailing and pitching for services in Domestic/International Levels.
- Analyze the international market and able to present report as per requested.
- Timely reports to be mailed to the reporting head about the targets and work.
