Part-Time HR & Payroll Executive | AMK | 3 Days per Week | 2–3 Months

Location: AMK
Employment type: Part-time, 3 days per week
Contract period: 2–3 months, starting tentatively 1 December 2026
Salary: $4,000 per month before pro-rating — actual salary will be pro-rated accordingly for the 3-day work week

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full payroll cycle using INFOTECH
• Handle leave management using INFOTECH
• Submit relevant information to government bodies, e.g. CPF, MOM, etc.
• Handle tax submission / claim submission for childcare — on 1 March, if required (note: this falls in March, so it may or may not be needed within the contract period)
• Manage benefits and health insurance
• Handle some office / admin management
• Manage the end-to-end employee cycle, e.g. onboarding and offboarding
• Handle recruitment admin, e.g. advertising posts, arranging interviews, etc.
