Personal Assistant (Fresh Graduates Welcome) | $2,500 to $3,500

Keep busy leaders and Wealth Managers organised, and their clients well looked after. You’ll join PaceSetters Organisation as a PA. Full-time, at our office near Novena MRT.

Who this suits: organised fresh graduates, or early-career admin and PA professionals, who like keeping things running smoothly and enjoy working with people.

What you'll do

• Manage calendars, meetings and appointments for agency leaders and Wealth Managers

• Be the first point of contact for clients on appointments and paperwork, including calls to book or confirm appointments (no sales or cold calling)

• Prepare meeting materials, presentations and reports

• Help with policy submissions and documentation, following company and regulatory requirements

• Coordinate client meetings, seminars and appreciation events

• Track deadlines and follow up so nothing slips

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in business, administration or a related field (fresh graduates welcome)

• Organised and reliable, with strong attention to detail

• Clear, professional communication by message, email and phone

• Comfortable with Google Workspace; AI tools for drafting are a plus

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident, able to commit at least 6 months

• Nice to have: experience as a PA or admin executive, or in financial services

What we offer

• $2,500 to $3,500 a month, negotiable for the right person

• Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday, at our office near Novena MRT
