Customer Service Executive | Insurance | 3-Month Contract

Location: Marina One
Salary: $3,000–$3,500/month + 0.25-month bonus
Contract Duration: 3 months, non-extendable

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.

• Perform basic transaction checks and ensure forms and supporting documents are complete.

• Meet customers in person when required, including meetings outside the office.

• Engage customers who are considering policy surrender to understand their concerns and needs.

• Explain relevant insurance product features, benefits and available options.

• Help customers explore suitable alternatives to policy surrender, in line with approved guidelines.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups and outcomes.

• Coordinate with the Contact Centre Team Lead and internal teams to resolve customer requests.

• Identify discrepancies or unusual cases and escalate them appropriately.

• Carry out other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
