Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Coordinator role based in Puchong. The Service Coordinator will prepare quotations, schedule, organize, and monitor service jobs, ensuring timely deployment of technicians and proper allocation of resources for marine communication, navigation, and automation systems. The role includes preparing service documentation, updating job status in internal systems, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to service standards. The Service Coordinator will communicate regularly with customers to clarify requirements, provide updates, and follow up on service outcomes and feedback. The position also involves handling basic administrative tasks related to service orders, assisting with parts and logistics coordination, and supporting continuous improvement in service processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform effective Service Coordination, including scheduling, job tracking, and resource allocation.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to work with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders.
• Understanding of Operations Management principles to support efficient service workflows and timely job completion.
• Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for documentation, reporting, and follow-up.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, service management systems).
• Ability to work on-site in Puchong and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in service coordination, technical support, or marine/electronics industry is an advantage.
