Job summary:

Orangeleaf Consulting is currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team. As the Senior HR Executive, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing comprehensive HR programs that align with our company's strategic goals. Responsibilities:

1.Recruitment and Staffing:

Plan and coordinate employer branding initiatives to attract top talents to be part of our dynamic team.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, encompassing job postings, phone screenings, interview coordination and facilitation, and the issuance of employment contracts.

2.Employee Experience and Engagement:

Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

Develop and implement comprehensive offboarding procedures to ensure all necessary clearances are completed, while simultaneously gathering valuable feedback to enhance the overall employee experience.

Plan and organize activities and outings to foster a positive and collaborative work environment, including coordinating monthly wellness sessions.

3.Employee Relations:

Address complex employee relations issues through comprehensive and impartial investigations, while maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

4.Training and Development:

Collaborate with management team and managers to identify training and development needs to ensure continuous enhancement the knowledge and skills of the team.

5.Compensation and Benefits:

Perform annual salary and benefits benchmarking to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge in the job market.

6.Compliance and Risk Management:

Develop and regularly update the employee handbook to ensure it complies with all labour laws and regulations.

Conduct and manage HR audits with meticulous documentation and record-keeping practices to ensure proper and secure documentation of all required employment paperwork.

Stay abreast with the latest HR trends, best practices, and employment laws to maintain the organization's compliance and competitive edge.

7.HR Administration:

Manage and update employee information in the HR management system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Serve as the primary point of contact for leave management, expense claims, and payroll administration.

Act as the subject-matter expert for the application and renewal of employment and dependent passes for expatriates, ensuring a seamless end-to-end process.

8.Performance Management:

Coordinate annual performance setting and performance appraisal sessions and manage performance management documentation to ensure clear communication of expectations between managers and employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, psychology or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Human Resources Generalist role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English.
• Able to multitask and work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability according to changing needs and priorities.
• Sound knowledge of Malaysia's Employment Act and Labour Laws.
• Experience in reporting directly to CEO or Managing Director.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience with HRMS and other HR technologies.
• Familiar with Malaysian employment and dependent pass application process for expatriates.
