Job Summary

TTF Marketing Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) to oversee safety and health compliance at automation project sites. The role focuses on site safety during the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of material handling equipment (MHE), warehouse automation systems, and racking systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, contractors, and site personnel to ensure safe working practices and compliance with applicable occupational safety and health requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor site activities during the installation and commissioning of automation systems, MHE, and racking systems.
• Conduct site safety inspections and ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements.
• Identify hazards and ensure appropriate risk control measures are implemented.
• Monitor contractors and workers to ensure compliance with safe work procedures and PPE requirements.
• Monitor high-risk activities, including lifting operations and working at height.
• Conduct toolbox briefings and safety inductions where required.
• Maintain site safety records, inspection reports, and relevant documentation.
• Report accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe working conditions.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and site personnel on safety matters.
• Follow up on corrective actions and support the implementation of site safety improvements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in site safety supervision.
• Must possess a valid DOSH/JKKP-recognised SSS Yellow Book.
• Experience in warehouse automation, material handling equipment (MHE), racking systems, or industrial installation projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of workplace safety procedures, hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures.
• Familiarity with site safety requirements for installation, lifting operations, working at height, and other high-risk activities.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Willing to work at project sites within the Klang Valley.
• Able to work up to 10 hours per day, depending on project requirements.
• Available for a 6–12-month contract, with potential for long-term employment.
• Candidates aged 28–35 are preferred.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rawang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Safety: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Yellow Book (Preferred)
