We are looking for a hands-on Test Engineer who goes beyond traditional manual testing. You will take ownership of end-to-end product quality, strengthen automation and performance testing capabilities, and integrate AI into the software testing lifecycle.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex quality challenges, building efficient testing workflows and turning AI capabilities into practical engineering solutions. You will have the opportunity to explore LLM- and AI Agent-powered testing while improving test coverage, release confidence and engineering productivity.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Quality Assurance

• Develop and execute test strategies, test plans and quality standards throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Independently manage testing activities, including test case design, risk analysis, defect management and release quality assessment.

• Identify potential quality risks early and work closely with product and engineering teams to prevent issues before release.

2. Test Automation & Performance Engineering

• Build and enhance API, UI automation and performance testing capabilities.

• Use tools such as Postman, Apifox and JMeter to validate functionality, performance, reliability and data consistency.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to improve test coverage, feedback speed and release efficiency.

3. AI-Powered Testing Innovation

• Apply AI tools to test case generation, script development, defect analysis and code review.

• Explore and implement LLM- and AI Agent-based testing workflows to solve practical engineering challenges.

• Validate AI-generated outputs and measure improvements in testing productivity, coverage and quality.

4. Technical Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Perform data validation and troubleshooting using SQL, MySQL and Redis.

• Conduct mobile application testing across multiple devices, network conditions and gradual production rollouts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing standards, quality processes and overall engineering efficiency.

Key Requirement

• A bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.

• 3 years of software testing experience, including at least 1 year testing consumer-facing products.

• Proven ability to independently manage project testing, including test strategy, test case design, risk analysis and quality assessment.

• Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Apifox, and performance testing tools such as JMeter.

• Familiarity with MySQL and Redis, with the ability to write SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.

• Practical test automation experience using at least one of Python, Go, JavaScript or Bash.

• Working knowledge of Linux, network protocols and CI/CD practices.

• Experience with mobile testing tools and techniques, including Appium, network traffic inspection and Android Debug Bridge (ADB).

• Practical experience using AI tools in software testing, with the ability to explain measurable improvements in efficiency or quality.

• Understanding of LLMs, AI Agents, prompt engineering and workflow design, including the ability to assess limitations and verify AI-generated results.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

The following experience will be an advantage:

• Testing B2B or enterprise applications, including business workflows, role-based access controls, system integrations and data consistency.

• Testing full-stack applications, with an understanding of database design, API integration, CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

• Testing commercial features such as in-app purchases, advertising or payment systems.

• Testing high-concurrency systems or products involving user acquisition and growth.
