Job Summary

Support auction operations by preparing listings, managing data entry, packing sold items, and assisting during auction events to ensure smooth post-sale handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and photograph items accurately for auction listings to ensure clear presentation
• Enter and verify listing data to maintain accurate and error-free auction records
• Pack sold items carefully and coordinate delivery or collection to meet customer expectations
• Assist on auction days by supporting event operations and resolving issues promptly
• Handle physical items safely and efficiently during preparation and post-sale processes

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to handle physical items safely (essential for core duties)
• Basic computer skills to perform data entry and listing checks accurately
