Kerja Sepenuh Masa QA Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 6,000 di Ispire Malaysia Johor - Maukerja

Main Responsibilities:

• Briefing, delegate and supervise daily activities of quality inspectors on production line.   
• Conduct on the job training (OJT) to QA inspectors to improve skills and quality alert.  Revise and record training activities in documents with assigned trainers.
• Monitor Inspectors performance during in line In-process inspection, ensure their tasks is fulfilled accordingly.
• Assist technicians to perform test and inspections for FAI and IPQC approval.  
• Informs & update to Quality Engineer and Manager when non-conformity is found.  
• Responsible to stop the assembly line for 100% inspection and sorting if there are any failures or non-conformities in FAI and IPQC testing.
• To ensure the quality system and procedures are conducted and maintained in the production line and highlight quality issues.
• Improve inspectors’ quality awareness, product handling, production processes and procedures.
• Perform weekly in line audits with quality team. And prepare Audit Report for any quality issues for QA Engineers and Managers.
• Conduct line clearance with technicians/engineers to ensure production line is prepared for assembly.
• Ensure 5S, health and safety procedure are followed.
• Arrange weekly and daily manpower of inspectors to perform In Process Quality Checks (Assembly and Packaging) and Outgoing Process Checks.
• Lead and motivate QC Inspectors to achieve the highest level of proficiency.
• Assure that all quality control functions are performed effectively to meet production schedule through planning and good communication.

Min Competency – Education/ Training/ Experience/ Skill:

• Diploma in engineering or related field
• Experienced in quality engineering, quality assurance and leading a team of inspectors, or a similar role is preferred.
• Fluent in speaking, and ability to write and read English.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
