Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction or facade industry.
- Prepare compelling quotes and proposals to secure new contracts and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to support informed decision-making.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the construction or facade sector
- Deep understanding of local construction regulations, market dynamics, and emerging industry trends
- Exceptional ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, negotiate contracts, and build long-term partnerships with clients
- Strong communication skills, capable of delivering compelling proposals to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continuously identifying new opportunities.
- Skilled at working closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to align business development efforts with technical solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office
