Working Hours

• Mon–Fri: 7:30am – 4:30pm

Key Roles

• Build positive relationships; provide timely guidance and follow-up

• Manage conduct/behavioural incidents; de-escalation, conflict resolution, restorative follow-up

• Supervise students; monitor interactions/patterns; report emerging concerns

• Collaborate with school staff/stakeholders; liaise with parents/guardians

• Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, interventions, and follow-ups

• Undertake other student management duties as assigned

Requirements

• Recognised Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Strong interpersonal, communication & stakeholder-management skills
