Job Requirements & Criteria

• Good English Communication Skills (Must Have)
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Able to communicate professionally with customers through emails, WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Able to prepare clear and professional written content.

• Responsible, honest, hardworking and self-disciplined.

• Proactive, with a positive mindset and good teamwork.
• Able to take initiative rather than always waiting for instructions.
• Educational Background
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or related fields.
• Fresh learners with a strong willingness to develop new skills are encouraged to apply.
• Computer & Digital Skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of Canva, social media platforms or digital marketing is an added advantage.
• Comfortable learning new software and AI tools.
• Organizational & Time Management Skills
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Job Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

• Assist with daily business operations and administrative activities.
• Prepare quotations, documentation and customer records.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders and delivery arrangements.

Marketing & Business Development

• Assist in managing company social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn and others).
• Prepare marketing materials, promotional content and product-related posts.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, exhibitions and company events.
• Assist with market research, customer databases and lead generation.
• Support the preparation of product videos, articles and marketing presentations.
