About the Job

• Drive IT governance, security, and risk framework operations to safeguard bank infrastructure and maintain full alignment with MAS TRM guidelines and cyber hygiene standards.

• Conduct regular risk evaluations, internal audits, and policy reviews across core IT infrastructure, network security, active directory, servers, and hardware systems.

• Manage end-to-end third-party vendor oversight, performing IT outsourcing due diligence, SLA monitoring, and risk exposure assessments in accordance with MAS and ABS frameworks.

• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external service providers to facilitate IT security reviews, remediate vulnerabilities, and ensure timely closure of project milestones.

• Establish robust monitoring mechanisms for operational IT quality, handling incident management inputs, hotfix updates, patch deployments, and continuous system security enhancements.
  
  

Skills and Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience spanning IT Governance, Cybersecurity, Risk Management within financial services.
