Customer Service Officer – Airport Operations
Location: Changi Airport
$1450 - $1550. night shift $100
performance incentive $500
Job Responsibilities
Counter Operations
Manage the fulfilment of iShopChangi departure and arrival orders at the collection counter.
Receive and process orders accurately using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Verify product descriptions, quantities and customer details before handing over orders.
Monitor order progress and coordinate with merchants and runners to ensure timely fulfilment.
Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels and conduct stock counts for products, promotional items and coupons.
Identify and report inventory discrepancies promptly.
Handle customer enquiries, Changi Rewards membership enquiries, redemptions and promotional giveaways.
Promote relevant services, including shopping concierge services and Changi Rewards.
Follow standard operating procedures and maintain service standards.
Delivery and Order Checking
Transfer, deliver and collect items between counters, merchant outlets and backrooms within airport terminals.
Pick, pack and organise items for collection or delivery.
Check orders for accuracy and product condition.
General Duties
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter and backroom.
Perform other related duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE N-Level or O-Level qualification with at least three subject passes, including English.
At least one year of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, retail, customer service or hospitality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using mobile devices and digital systems.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Able to work effectively in a team, manage multiple tasks and resolve operational issues.
Willing to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays according to the roster.
12 hours shift, 4 days work week, work 2 days and rest 2 days
Working Schedule
Two working days followed by two rest days.
Fixed shift options:
Day shift: 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
Night shift: 10:00 pm to 10:00 am
Candidates may indicate their preferred shift.
