JOB DESCRIPTIONCONTENT CREATOR (F&B)

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Produce creative videos, photos and promotional content featuring food, beverages, coffee products and cafe activities.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos, including product demonstrations, behind-the-scenes content, cafe lifestyle and promotional campaigns.
• Develop creative content ideas, scripts, captions and storyboards to attract target audiences.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, product launches, promotions and marketing activities.
• Stay updated with social media trends, trending audio and viral content ideas relevant to the F&B industry.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure content aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Monitor content performance, engagement and audience feedback to improve future content.
• Ensure all content is delivered according to the content calendar and deadlines.

Job Requirements

• Experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Passionate about food, beverages, coffee and cafe culture.
• Able to shoot and edit videos using CapCut or other video editing software.
• Familiar with TikTok, Facebook and Instagram content trends.
• Creative, proactive and willing to try new ideas.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Comfortable appearing in videos or presenting products on camera is an advantage.
• Able to work on-site and participate in content shoots at the cafe or factory.
• A portfolio of previous content or video work is an advantage.
