Responsibilities

• Register and process General Insurance claims accurately and promptly.
• Process claim reserves and payments according to approved instructions.
• Maintain claims documents, correspondence and system records.
• Handle general customer enquiries and escalate complex matters appropriately.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed within service timelines.
• Support claims reviews, reconciliations, audits, reporting and other administrative duties.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and data protection policies.

Requirements

• GCE N/O Level or equivalent.
• Prior experience in administration, operations, insurance or claims processing.
• Comfortable handling high-volume data entry, transactions and documentation.
• BCP, PGI and CGI certifications are mandatory.
• Meticulous, organized and able to work accurately within tight timelines.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
