We're Hiring!

We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible and customer-oriented individuals who has passion for Japanese tea and hospitality.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve matcha, Japanese tea, coffee and other beverages according to our standards.
  • Provide warm, friendly and attentive customer service.
  • Greet customers, take orders and handle payments.
  • Explain our menu and recommend drinks and desserts to customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cafe/kiosk, including the service area and equipment.
  • Assist with daily operations, including food preparation and stock replenishment.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Requirements

  • Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a friendly and welcoming personality.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
  • Good grooming and personal hygiene.
  • Prior experience in a café or F&B environment is an advantage, but training will be provided.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
