ob Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue sales invoices, delivery orders (DO), and credit notes accurately.
• Verify sales orders, pricing, quantities, and customer details before issuing invoices.
• Ensure all invoices are properly matched with delivery orders and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics Departments to ensure accurate billing.
• Monitor daily invoicing transactions and ensure invoices are issued promptly.
• Maintain proper filing and records of invoices, delivery orders, and related documents.
• Assist the Accounts Department in checking outstanding invoices and resolving billing discrepancies.
• Perform data entry and update sales transactions in the accounting system.
• Handle invoice amendments and customer billing enquiries when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; a certificate in Accounting or Business Administration is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of invoicing, sales documentation, and data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and well-organised.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
