Able to communicate in Mandarin, both written and spoken

Basic video editing skills, especially CapCut

Basic image/design editing skills, especially Canva

Good understanding of social media content and short-form video

Able to identify trending or potentially viral content formats

Brainstorm and develop content ideas based on the overall content strategy

Plan and assist with video shoots

Create short-form videos, mainly around 15–30 seconds

Support the planning and execution of TikTok content as the main priority

Support XHS content where needed

Research current social media trends, viral formats and popular content styles

Conduct competitor research and identify content or strategy opportunities

Suggest improvements to existing content, including creative direction, quality and execution

Be comfortable appearing on camera when required
