Role Description

Manage daily online store and marketplace activities to support sales growth and a smooth customer experience. Coordinate product listings, promotions, inventory updates, and order-related issues while using performance data to improve results.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock information.
• Coordinate promotions, campaign schedules, and product launches.
• Monitor sales, conversion rates, traffic, and product performance.
• Work with logistics and customer service teams to resolve fulfillment issues.
• Improve product visibility and online merchandising.
• Liaise with marketplace representatives, agencies, and internal teams.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience in online retail, marketplace operations, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and seller management tools.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and basic performance analysis.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Understanding of online merchandising, promotions, and customer experience.
