Be the link between our schools and the government.Yayasan Tan Sri Dominic Vendargon manages four schools: Stella Maris International School in Damansara (primary and secondary), and private primary and secondary schools in Ampang and Pudu. We are looking for an enthusiastic, diligent and well-organised professional to be our main contact with MOE, Immigration and other government bodies and to keep every school compliant and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with MOE, JPN, Immigration, KDN and other agencies on behalf of all four schools
• Prepare and track licences, renewals, approvals and school inspections
• Manage student passes and employment passes for international students and expatriate teachers
• Handle Board of Governors registration and keep official records and SMIPS up to date
• Monitor regulatory changes and report on compliance
• Support the Education Development Director with MOE applications, research and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Education Management or a related field
• 3 years’ experience in government liaison, compliance, immigration or licensing (school experience is an advantage)
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Meticulous, discreet and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong team player with good planning and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel between our schools

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
