Human Resource Executive
- Manage recruitment and talent acquisition activities for the company
- Support employee onboarding, training and development
- Assist in employee engagement and performance management
- Maintain HR records, policies and employment documentation
- Coordinate manpower planning and workforce requirements for construction projects
- Work closely with project and management teams on manpower and HR matters
- Support employee welfare and workplace communication
- Assist management in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Ensure HR practices comply with relevant Singapore employment requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and with different teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
