Job Summary

Responsibilities
Source suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations for tender submissions, ensuring cost efficiency and quality alignment
Analyze and compare pricing proposals to develop comprehensive costing summaries that support informed decision-making
Prepare detailed tenders, including accurate measurement and compilation of bills of quantities and quotations to facilitate successful project bids
Evaluate claims and bills submitted by subcontractors and suppliers to verify accuracy and compliance with contract terms
Prepare monthly progress claims to track project financial status and support cash flow management
Required competencies and certifications
Possess a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in the construction industry
Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage pressure to meet tight deadlines
