We are looking for a creative and proactive Project Communication & Engagement Specialist to drive communication across projects, build strong relationships with project teams, share success stories, and promote awareness of IT and AI initiatives within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with project teams to understand ongoing activities, achievements, challenges, and milestones.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members across different projects.
• Gather and publish project updates, success stories, and good news through internal communication channels.
• Create engaging content such as articles, newsletters, presentations, videos, and social media posts.
• Stay informed about emerging IT and AI technologies and translate technical information into easy-to-understand content.
• Organise project showcases, knowledge-sharing sessions, and employee engagement activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to highlight innovation and best practices.
• Develop creative communication campaigns to increase awareness of organisational initiatives.
• Support branding and employee engagement efforts through effective storytelling.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Interest in technology, digital transformation, AI, and innovation.
• Creative mindset with experience in content creation and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience in internal communications, project coordination, or employee engagement is preferred.
