IT Desktop Support Engineer – Backfill On-Demand

We are urgently looking for 2 IT Desktop Support Engineers to provide Backfill / On-Demand Onsite IT Support in Singapore.

Rate: USD 160 per day (approximately SGD 200–210/day)
Positions: 2 Engineers
Engagement Type: Backfill / On-Demand / On-Call Support

Important: This is NOT a full-time position. Engineers will be contacted on an as-needed basis whenever onsite IT support is required.

After selection, the client will share the support schedule based on business requirements. Assignments may be scheduled for 2 weeks, 1 month, 2–3 months, or longer, depending on the client’s requirements and support needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and replace desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Office applications.
• Perform user account administration using Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Perform basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN troubleshooting.
• Handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities.
• Perform device imaging, deployment, and asset management.
• Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Coordinate with remote support teams and provide timely ticket updates.
• Provide onsite support whenever requested by the client.

Requirements

• Previous experience in IT Desktop Support or Field Support.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD.
• Basic networking and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to provide onsite support when required.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Singapore.
