Job Description

• Lead the development and commercialization of new finished-product opportunities.
• Identify market trends, consumer insights, and growth opportunities within the health and wellness space.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
• Work cross-functionally with product development, regulatory, operations, and external partners to bring concepts to market.
• Build marketing plans and commercial strategies to support product growth.
• Manage relationships with distributors and commercial partners.
• Monitor market performance and recommend strategies to accelerate growth.
• Evaluate new channels, partnerships, and business opportunities both locally and internationally.
• Present recommendations and business cases to senior leadership.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in sales, marketing, category management, commercial excellence, business development, or general management roles.
• A track record of developing and executing growth strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into actionable plans.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to operate in a lean, agile environment.
• The confidence to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer healthcare, health & wellness, supplements personal care, or related industries is advantageous but not essential.
